Return to an Order of the Souse of Bepresentatives, dated 7th July, 1891. Ordered, " That a return bo laid upon the table showing the amount paid by way of bonus to any officer in the service of the colony during the financial years 1887, 1888, and 1890. The return to show date of payment, name of officer, amount received by each, and upon whose authority the payment was made." —(Mr. Houston.)
