Geraldinc —If suspended, give Road Boards all the powers. Mount Cook —Road Boards should, in the event of suspension of Counties Act carry on the executive duties of the counties only, until it should be finally settled what the form of local government should be. Mount Peel —Those with regard to reserves, places of public recreation, markets, slaughter-houses, pounds, collection of dog-tax, watercourses, and drains. Temuka —All the powers. Westlancl —No Road Boards on the coast. Waitahi —In the event of the Counties Act being suspended, the powers of the counties should devolve on Road Boards. Kakanui —All, when Act is suspended.
