Statement showing the Financial Results of the Proposed System of Local Government, as compared with the System of Administration hy the Provincial Governments. The amount of Revenue and Expenditure under the present System is taken from the Provincial Estimates now current, and, for the purpose of comparison, the Revenue and Expenditure under each System are stated as for the period of One Year.
