Eelurn to an Order of the House of Bepresentatives, of the 28tli August, 1867. That there be laid upon the Table of this House a " Eeturn of all Moneys Expended and carried to the account of the Three Million Loan up to the Ist July last, under the several heads of expenditure authorized by the Loan Appropriation Act; with a statement of all advances from that Loan which have yet to be accounted for, and adjusted in the Books of the Colonial Treasury."
