Tuesday, 17Tn Septembeb, 1867. — Ordered, "That 'The Provincial Loans Consolidation Bill' be referred to a Select Committee consisting of Mr. Campbell, Mr. Curtis, Dr. Featherston, Mr. Jollie, Mr. Macandrew, Mr. Moorhouse, the Hon. Mr. Stafford, Mr. Stevens, Mr. Vogcl, Mr. Williamson, and the Hon. Mr. Fitzherbert, with power to call for persons and papers. Five members to be a quorum.
