Sir, — The Audit Office, Wellington, N.Z., 2nd August, 1929. I have the honour, in accordance with the provisions of section 6 of the Native Trustee Amendment Act, 1921-22, to transmit to you the attached Balance-sheet, Statement of Receipts and Payments, and Revenue Account of the Native Trust Office for the year which ended on the 31st March, 1929, and to advise you that it has been examined and found to be correct.
