Laid on the Table of both Houses of the General Assembly in pursuance of Section 230 of " The Land Act, 1885."'

Description of Lands proposed to be set apart as Endowments for Primary Education. Land District of Auckland. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland, being Section No. 89 of the Parish of Onewhero, containing by admeasurement 24 acres 3 roods 2 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the south-east by a public road, 1971 links ; towards the south-west by a public road, 2513 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 3193 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. Land District of TaranaM. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 475 acres, more or less, being Section No. 7, Block VIII., Waitara Survey District. Bounded on the northwest by Sections Nos. 6 and 14, 8019-6 links; on the east by a road, by Section No. 9 229 links, and by a road 5410-5 links; on the south by Section No. 11, 7088-2 links; and on the west by a road and Section No. 74, 5605-3 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, New Plymouth. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 254 acres, more or less, being Section No. 1, Block XVI., Waitara Survey District. Bounded on the north by Crown land, 4421 links; on the east by Section No. 2, 8253 links; on the south by a road, 3752-1 links; and on the west by the boundary of Block XVI., 5888 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, New Plymouth. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 320 acres, more or less, being Section No. 2, Block XVI., Waitara Survey District. Bounded on the north by Crown land, 4588-5 links ; on the east by Section No. 3, 9034-8 links; on the south by a road, 4188-1 links; and on the west by Section No. 1, 8253 links :be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, New Plymouth. Bounded.towards the north by Section No. 5 of Block V., Waihi South Survey District, 8669 links; towards the east generally by a public road, 347, 1164, 503, 3041, 1215, 1108, and 1495 links; towards the south by Bun No. 5, 7343 links; and towards the west by said Bun No. 5 and Section No. 14 of Block XII., Maketu Survey District, 8174 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Wellington, containing by admeasurement 250 acres, more or less, being Section No. 15, Block XVI., Mangahao Survey District. Bounded on the north by Section No. 16; on the east by Sections Nos. 17 and 18; on the south by Section No. 25 of Block IV., Mangaone Survey District, and by a public road 50 links wide; and on the west by the Mangaone Stream : as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Wellington, containing by admeasurement 450 acres, more or less, being Section No. 17, Block 1., Puketoi Survey District. Bounded on the north by a public road and Section No. 19 ; on the east by Section No. 14 ; on the south by Section No. 13; and on the west by Sections Nos. 11, 10, and 9: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.
