PROPOSED NEW HALL AT OTAKOU.—A plan of the new memorial hall which it is proposed to build at Otakou. The present hall, which was erected by the Otakou Maoris about 70 years ago, is now in a state beyond repair. The new building is to be of brick, roughcast with Moeraki gravel, and will be faced with cement casts of Maori designs. The architectural scheme will be in harmony with that of the new Otakou Church.
