“BACKSTAGE” WITH THE AB MY.—It is the job of the Royal Army Ordnance Corps to keep the wheels of the Army well oiled and running smoothly. At the Central Ordnance Depot in S.E. England and its many sub-depots can be found all kinds of war material ready for issue to the fighting forces. Both Home and Overseas are catered for at the gigantic workshop, where implements of war are assembled, repaired, and overhauled ready for instantaneous use. A battery of A. A. guns is here seen ready for delivery soon they will be firing their deadly missiles at Nazi aircraft.
