LIGHT FROSTS LIKELY An anticyclone is over the northeastern Tasman and covers New Zealand and deep depressions are to the south-east and south-west, reports the Government Meteorologist. The forecast to 5 p.m. on Tuesday is for light to moderate southerly winds becoming variable and weather fair to fine, with light frosts inland but milder day temperatures.
