PUBLIC NOTICES Tay WA’IKATO COUNTY COUNCIL In pursuance of the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1928” the Waikato County Council hereby declares that the following pieces of road are stopped:— (a) 22.7 perches adjoining or passing through Allotment 183 of the Parish of Kirikiriroa. (b) 26.2 perches adjoining or passing through Lot 5 on Deposited Plan 12521 being part of Allotment 126 of the Parish of Kirikiriroa. Both situated in Block XIV. Komakorau Survey District, County of Waikato, and shown on Survey Office Plan 32,510 and also on a Plan deposited in the Office of the Minister of Works at Wellington as Number 121,374 and thereon coloured green. Hamilton Survey District shown on Survey Office Plan 32,426 and also on a Plan deposited at the Office of the Minister of Works at Wellington under Number 121,377 and thereon coloured green.
