REACTION IN AMERICA (Received May 10, 11 a.m.) WASHINGTON, May 9 The Director of War Mobilisation, Mr Vinson, announced the immediate lifting of the midnight curfew and the ban on horse and dog racing. Travel restrictions remain unaltered.
