WEEK’S REMAND

INTOXICATION CHARGE Rawhi Dixon, aged 37, labourer, of Morrinsville, was remanded to November 30 when he appeared before Mr S. L. Paterson, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court, Hamilton, today, on a charge of intoxication while in charge of a car in Studholme Street, Morrinsville, on Wednesday. He was also charged with negligent driving, but on this charge Senior-Ser-geant A. G. McHugh said the police would not be offering evidence. Defendant, who is an inmate of the Waikato Hospital, limped into the Court to hear the charge read.
