£541,797 FOR DISTRICT LOW INVESTMENTS YESTERDAY Yesterday was a poor day for investments in the Victory Loan in the Waikato-King Country area. The day’s total was only £13,620 18s lOd, a figure that has been exceeded on several occasions by Hamilton itself. Yesterday’s investments from Hamilton were £4583 15s, slightly more than half of the total for the rest of the district, £9037 3s lOd. Melrose, has been arranged. It will take place in Garden Place.
