Philatelic Interests

The Waikato Philatelic Society at a meeting last evening had a record attendance. Two new members were elected, making a total of 92 on the roll. A welcome was accorded Dr. W. R. Fea, who has returned from active service overseas. He gave an interesting account of life among the Pacific Islands. The sales superintendent reported that rfght books were on circuit. Some fine copies of New Zealand stamps changed hands. Mrs Waters presented an amusing half-hour’s entertainment in the form of a mock court in which the charges had relation to stamps.
