SUCCESSFUL FIRST REHEARSAL Last night, at the Centreway Tearooms, the “Mother Goose” east commenced rehearsals for the English musical comedy extravaganza "Guns a Poppin’ ” to be produced and headed by the English comedian and producer, Eddie Martin. Several new members have joined up and the large east after a rest from their last successful production. "Mother 'Goose,” are keen and enthusiastic to get under way with their second production. "Guns a l'oppin’ ” is a pot pourri of musical comedy, comic opera, grand opera, drama and burlesque. \ unique feature will be the lighting effects. For the first time in Hamilton, the American system or the tower lighting will be used. The Combined Returned Services Memorial Committee is presenting "Guns a Poppin’ ” lor the memorial building fund.
