POST IN LONDON
NEW ZEALAND SOLDIER-ACTOR (Special Correspondent) (Received April 12, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, April 11 Miss A. A. Craddock, who arrived in London recently to become London agent for the University of New Zealand, has .decided she is unable to undertake the work and she will return to New Zealand at the first opportunity. Meanwhile the former agent, Mr A. J. Harrop is helping to deal with urgent enquiries from prisoners of war. The High Commissioner. Mr W Jordan, has suggested that Mr Keith West-Watson, cf Christchurch, who was invalided out of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force, should act as part-time agent while he is available in London. Mr West-Watson, who was formerly a captain, was wounded at Mateira Ridge. He is now appearing in
“Uncle Harry,” a thriller play at the Garrick Theatre, which the critics acclaim.
