HONOURED BY RUSSIA
NEW ZEALANDER INCLUDED (Received April 12, noon) LONDON, April 11 The King has granted permission to 29 officers and other ranks to wear Russian decorations conferred on them. Among them is an Indian Army officer, an Australian captain and sergeant, all of whom received the Order of the Patriotic War, First Class, and a New Zealand corporal, who was awarded a medal for valour.
