Der Bund, quoting a Chiasso report, says that Japan will be asked what immediate effective assistance she is able to offer Germany. The total mobilisation of ail manpower and industry throughout Axis Europe will be considered, also the possibility of the withdrawal of German troops from France, Norway, Italy. Croatia, Holland and Denmark, for the battlefront and their replacement by local militia.
