LONDON, April 10
The Paris radio tonight stated that the Russians have reached the Terry terminus at the mouth of the Dniester river, the Germans’ last land escape route to Rumania.
The German News Agency’s commentator, von Hammer, revealed that the Germans abandoned the eastern «part of Tarnopol after the Russian artillery had smashed it to rubble.
