PISTOLS AND MAKE-UP
AMERICAN WOMEN POLICE (Received Sept. 25, 11 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 24 Three hundred women police have been issued with a combination pistol and make-up kit. Known as a “gruesome twosome,” a black leather case measures about eight inches square and contains a pistol, powder, lipstick and rouge.
