HIGGINS ROAD AREA Fifteen ratepayers in the Higgins Road area, near Frankton, petitioned the Waipa County Council yesterday asking- for the Hamilton municipal water supply to he extended to serve their homes. 1 lie petitioners said there was practically no water supply In the area, and the position at present was acute Horn a health point of view and Are risk. It was decided to reply that the application must be deferred until supplies or piping were more readily obtainable.
