Wednesday Messrs Dalgety and Comoany, Limited report that heavy beef yardings came forward to meet the call of butchers at the Westfield stock sales today. Bidding was not keen as there was an absence of 'competition from export buvers because of the lack of space at the works. Values for all classes were lower than last week.
