LATE INCOME RETURNS
FINES IN WELLINGTON (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON. Friday Fines from £3O down to £5 were imposed today on people charged with failure to furnish returns of income, and a fine of £2O on each of two charges against one defendant of wilfully furnishing a false return.
