Otahuhu railway servants’ branch , demanded sweeping changes in Govj eminent policy and stated the prei sent administration was not in the best interests of the workers. The resolution enumerated six demands, including a rise in wages of 10s a week, the removal of the Is in the £ tax, and the conscription of incomes of over £SOO.
