DEATH OF TROTSKY SUCCUMBS TO INJURIES MEXICO CITY, August 21 A message from Mexico states that Leon Trotsky has succumbed to the wounds he received during yesterday’s attack. KING TO PRESENT D.F.C. LONPON, August 21 His Majesty the King will present the iate Flying-Officer (“Cobber") E. J. Kain’s D.F.C. to his mother at a special audience at Buckingham Palace at a date to be fixed. REPATRIATION OF GERMANS BELGRADE, August 21 Ninety thousand Germans from Bessarabia and North Bukovir.a are being transferred to Germany. It is believed that Russia has notified Germany that the evacuation should be concluded before the end of September.
