EXPRESSION OF LOYALTY WILLINGNESS TO REGISTER (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) MONTREAL, Aug. 14 French Canadians, at a mass meeting, affirmed loyalty to Canada and their willingness to adhere to the national registration regulations. They suggested that French Canadians, when taken into the Army, have French-speaking French Canadian officers.
