Copyright) PARIS, April 6 The Polish Government’s press bureau, in a communique, says the Russians are carrying on a reign of death and terror in occupied Poland. It asserts that agents of the Ogpu at Lwow are arresting 500 citizens daily and torturing them, while 250 are dying daily owing to lack of food. The communique adds that since February 5 the Russians have been imitating Germany’s mass expulsions, especially at Stanislawow and Tarnopol, from which more than 200,000 Poles have been deported to Russia.
