ROTORUA VISIT

MR R. D. GRENFELL’S TOUR (By Telegraph.—Special to Times) ROTORUA, Sunday A combined Maori and civic reception was given Mr R. D. Grenfell, a member of the House of Commons, who is spending three weeks in the Dominion representing the United Kingdom branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association, at the Centennial celebrations at Ohinemutu last night. The visitor was presented with several objects of Maori carving by Mr H. Tai Mitchell. Mr Grenfell spent the day in a sight-seeing tour, and he is expected to leave early to-morrow for Auckland. On the way he will visit Princess Te Pueaat Ngaruawahia.
