EMPLOYERS AND WORKERS ADVICE TO THE MINISTRY (United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Nov. 1 After a consultation with the Prime Minister, Mr Chamberlain, and a full conference of Ministers, the Trades Union Congress has appointed a committee to act in an advisory capacity to the Minister of Supply, Dr. Leslie Burgin, and to the Air Ministry.
