Along the back Tupeotu and Gar ; Vaals were practically abreast and they w-ere showing out lrom Anagram and Kittle with a dozen lengths to Caurnie. Gar Vaals fell and left Tupeotu in undisputed possession and he was well clear entering the straight from Kiltie, Caurnie and British Las», who were following at lengthy Intervals. .Nothing had a chance with Tupeotu who won by 120 yards from Kittle, wbo beat Caurnie by 5 0 yards. Survalyon, having only his second start over hurdles, gave a .-olid display and after tackling tin tedders over (tie la.-t half-mile carried on to win very convincingly. His exhibition was an indication of further successes in this department. Gadget- gave another consistent display, while the showing of London was most meritorious. Little Briton had every chance but proved unequal to the opposition in the straight. Tea Chat, Flash By and Royal Nation ■showed out early, Iskra railing at the first fence. Racing past the stands, where Valueless came to grief. Tea Chit was showing' out from Flash By. Royal Nation, Prince Tractor, London, Survalyon, Little Briton, Adsum, Gadger and Dark Rose. Along the back, Royal Nation moved up to assume the command from London (who had also improved his position. Gadget-, Little Briton, Flash By, Tea Chat, survalyon, Adsum and Dark Rose. London wasliowing out in front of Royal Nation half a mile from home, with Gadger and Burvalyon handy and Little Briton some lengths in front of Chikara, who was heading the remainder. Gadger led into the straight, but once over the last fence survalyon, took charge, and carried on to win convincingly by six lengths from Gadger, with London four lengths away third. Royal Nation was fourth, and then followed Chikara, Adsum, Little Briton, Flash By, Tea Chat, Dark Rose, Tc Ronga, and Prince Tractor. Time, 3.31. SYLVIA PARK HANDICAP or £200; 6 fur.
