CELEBRATION IN RUSSIA BRITISH AND FRENCH MISSIONS United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. CopyTlgdti (Received August 19, 1 p.m.) LONDON, August 18 A message from Moscow states that the British and French missions were guests of honour at a monster air display on the occasion of “Aviation Day,” which is being celebrated throughout Russia. In view of this engagement there were no talks today between the missions and the Soviet delegation.
