DUTCH APPLE FLAN Required: A little sugar and ground cinnamon to taste, two eggs, three tablespoons butter, two tablespoons castor sugar, custard sauce to serve, 4 Lb. flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 4 teaspoon salt, twothirds cup milk, five large tart apples.
