PEASANT CHILD PROCLAIMED FOUND IN TINY VILLAGE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received July 21, 11 a.m.) CHUNGKING, July 20 A flve-year-old peasant lias been proclaimed the fourteenth Dalai Lama. He was found in the tiny village ot’ Taherhzhe, in the Kokoner province, and sent to Lhasa.
