AFTER FIFTY YEARS

DAIRY OFFICER RETIRING MR T. C. BRASH’S SERVICES Telegraph.—Press Association) Hr WELLINGTON, Thursday Tributes to Mr T. C. Brash, the |W executive head of the New Zealand ▼ Dairy Board, who has been associated with the industry for the past 50 years, were paid by speakers at the conclusion of the New Zealand Dairy Board conference to-day. Mr C. P. Agar said he hoped that although Mr •Brash had reached the retiring age his services would not be lost to the board. The chairman, Mr W. E. Hale, said that according to the rules Mr Brash was due to retire this year, but the board proposed to give consideration to the question at its next meeting. All would agree that Mr Brash had given most valuable service to the industry. Mr Brash said he admitted the Dairy Board had meant a great deal to him. For years before his association with the board it was his ambition to see the industry represented by a Dominion onganisation.
