I lain and Eric John Robson. The vehicle had collided with another car driven by Mr Livingstone, a Fanner, or Fencourt. Livingstone stated that lie was on 111? correct side or the road, and as he walravelling slowly he expected the vehicle at the hack to pass him. here was a cer- , tain amount or loose metal on the right hand side or the road. Robson said he was demonstrating a new car Tor chamberlain, and was or the knowledge that Chamberlain was previously the holder of a license. Chamberlain. a Farmer or Morrinsville. stated iliat the car he was driving skidded, and when he attempted t<> pull his car back, lie struck the vehicle driven by Livingstone. 'R The other car was extensively damaged, •' but no one was Injured. The charge against Robson was disb missed, and Chamberlain was convicted >r and lined -Jus and costs. il - ——
