As the result or a sequence of fires on Saturday nights during the past few weeks. none of which assumed serious proportions due to the emcimay of the brigade, the police on Saturday evening kept a watch on premises likely to be v‘l‘sited by the suipecied‘ flre bug.
The outcome of this action was the arrest of a youth caught red-handed by a "constable, whilst he was attempting to fire a stable which was the scene of an outbreak exactly a week previously, The vnu‘J‘l was brought before the Court this morning and l'L‘ mandcd.
