PUBLIC NOTICE. WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL. PROPOSAL TO RAISE LOAN. ' Pursuant to Section 10 of the Local lßodies Loans Act. 1926. notice 1s hereby given that the Waiksto County Council proposed to raise a. loan of £70,000 under the provisions of the said Act, and all other Acts and powers (it any) enabling it in that behalf, for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
