(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. There was enough wool In Wellington on December 17 to fill the quota for the Wellington sale on February 15. Wool arriving at Wellington after December 17 (clip completions excepted) cannot be included in the February catalogue.
