TEMPORARY STOPPAGE.
TROUBLE AT ARAPUNI. SLIGHT FAULT EXPERIENCED. One of the machines at Arapuni was temporarily out of service to-day and it was found necessary to utilise the plant at King’s Wharf to supply power while a slight fault was being remedied. Inifuiries showed that the trouble was not'serious and that no prolonged interruption to the ordinary service was anticipated. 11 is understood a hot terminal developed in connection witii one of Hie 13000 kilowatt alternators, and the fault will take 2 1 hours to pul right.
