ALLOCATION ANNOUNCED. CHRISTMAS CHEER FOR NEEDY. AUCKLAND, Thursday. The allocation of £4675 profits from art union No. 45, “ Lots of Luck," was announced yesterday by the Minister of Interna] Affairs, Hon. W. E. Parry, who said the object was to provide Christmas cheer for those who would not be participating in the special bonus to the unemployed. Details are as follows: — Leper Station, Makogai, £150; Thames Returned Soldiers’ Association £SO; Home of Compassion, Island Bay, and Silverstream, £300; Smith Family, Wellington, £300; Imperial Ex-Servicemen’s Association, Dunedin, and British Legion, Auckland, £300; Auckland Hospital Auxiliary, £200; Bay of Plenty Returned Soldiers’ Association, Tauranga, £SO; Wanganui Men’s Shelter, £SO; Wellington Returned Soldiers’ Association, £250; Associated Boys’ Clubs, Auckland, £SO; Single Men’s Gamps’ Amenities Fund, Auckland, £25; Invercargill Returned Soldiers’ Association, £100; Community Sunshine Association, Auckland, £4OO. Children’s Health Camps. Children’s health camps have been granted sums as follows:—Waikato £100; Wanganui, £100; Wellington, £400; Christchurch, £100; Dunedin, £150; Southland, £IOO. Other bodies who share in the profits are: Auckland City Mission, £150; Down and Out. Mission, Auckland, £100; Wellington City Mission, £150; Wayside Social Relief Club, Wellington, £100; St. Vincent de Paul Society, £300; Church of England Guest House, Christchurch. £SO; Christchurch Rotary Club's Distress Fund, £200; Dunedin Men's Mission House, £SO; Dunedin Central Mission, £100; Dock Street Mission, Auckland, £100; Auckland Watersiders’ and Seamen’s Hospital Comforts Fund, £SO; Wellington Waterside Workers’ Hospital Comforts Fund. £SO; Wellington Centre New Zealand Red Cross. £IOO.
