ROTARY SOCIAL.
FAMILY NIGHT OBSERVED. FUNCTION AT LYCEUM CLUB. Marking the conclusion of the year’s activities, a social evening which took the form of a family night was held by the Hamilton Rotary Club at the Lyceum Club rooms last evening. The president of Ihc club, Dr H.‘ E. Annett, welcomed the large attendance of visitors and wives of club members. It was very pleasant to see. so many lady visitors, said Dr Annett, for it would afford them the opportunity of becoming better acquainted. One of the purposes of rotary was to. establish a greater fellowship among members and it was to be iioped that the social evening which was to follow would help in no small way to the carrying out of that ideal. ' A warm tribute to the work of Mr C. L. Cato in furthering the cause of the Y.M.C.A. in Hamilton, was paid by Dr- Annett in expressing the club’s regret at Mr Cato’s impending departure from Halnilton.
