CAR OVER BANK

THREE MEN INJURED. ACCIDENT NEAR PUTARURU. Three people were injured when the car in which they were driving left Hie Mokai-Putaruru road yesterday, and somersaulted twice down a bank. The vehicle was driven by Mr. A. 11. Dulccson, Senior, yards foreman for the Taupo Totara Timber Company, at Putaruru, who had as passengers, Mr. 11. B. Coupe,, manager of the Taupo Totara Timber Company, Putaruru, and Mr. S. Jones, an engineer, of Auckland. Mr. Dukeson, who was the least injured of the parly, returned to Mokai, where he obtained the assistance of the company’s Molrai manager, Mr. C. Clark and Nurse Wood. Mr. Clark took the injured men to Putaruru. Mr. Jones was admitted to the Waikato Hospital, Hamilton, suffering from concussion, while Messrs. Coupe and Dukeson were treated for cuts and bruises.
