AN EARLIER ARRIVAL. ARRANGEMENTS AT WELLINGTON. WELLINTON, Thursday. A wireless, message from the 11.M.A.5. Australia says that it will arrive at Wellington at 9 o’clock on Saturday morning, instead of 9.30. This will enable sufficient time for the ship to be berthed and permit all arrangements to be carried out .to schedule time. No alteration is being made in the time of the various arrangements.
