FRANKTON STOCK SALE.

ALL SECTIONS IMPROVE

SHEEP IN DEMAND. There was a distinct Arming tendency for all classes of stock at Hie weekly stock -sale at ihe Frankton yards to-day. Ox beef was penned in small numbers and with the demand keen values 'showed an increase of over G'd per 1001 b. There were not as many cows and heifers yarded and here again with bidding 'brisker late quotations were bettered. Sheep were penned' in smaller yardings than last week with a consequent increase in quotations for wethers arid ewes. Wethers were in good demand and a total 'clearance was effected. Pigs were again yarded in large numbers the demand for line oners showing improvement. Values improved about 3s per head in this seclion hut porkers were not .so keenly sought afler.
