GAMING ACT BREACHES.
CASES AT WELLINGTON. <By Telegraph.—press Association.) WELLINGTON, Saturday. Robert MeVay (tit)), billiard saloon keeper, was fined £2O for keeping a common gaming house, and Albert Edward Hugh (04) was fined £7 10s for assisting. Cyril Clarridgo (28), a tobacconist, charged with keeping a common gaming house, was remanded for a week.
