LAWN TENNIS.
PRIMARY SCHOOLS-
TOURNAMENT IN HAMILTON. RESULTS OF THE FINALS. The Rostrevor Street courts provided the venue for the 'final matches in (he Hamilton Primary Schools’ Lawn Tennis Association’s tournament •this afternoon. Semi-Una] slages were attained on Saturday, and the. leading players from local schools assembled to-day to 'decide the holders of ihe Herbert Smith Trust trophies, .involved in' the- tournament.
Play throughout was of a high •standard, and some interesting matches were witnessed.
At the conclusion of the tournament •the trophies were presented by Mr F. W. Hare, president of Ihe Primary Schools’ Lawn Tennis Association:— Results were as follows: —
