BOWLING.

THE GAME IN HAMILTON. RESULTS OF WEEK-END PLAY. CLAUDELANDS CLUB’S FUNCTION. Ideal weather and playing conditions favoured bowlers on local greens on Saturday, and all greens were well patronised. The principal event was the Claudelands’ Club’s annual “At Home,” on the club’s greens. There was a record attendance of players and all the local clubs as well as clubs as far distant as Taupiri were represented. The greens rolled out splendidly, while the flower beds added the necessary colour to complete a summer bowling scene. Mr T. O. Reynolds, the club president, welcomed the .jvisltpr.s ...and wished them a good afternoM'S >lay. All greens were oocupied and the play throughout was of an Interesting nature. During the afternoon the ladles of the Croquet Club served afternoon tea.
