The decree of General Goering, the Premier of Prussia, against profiteering states that punishment cannot be too great for those seeking profit at the expense of the welfare of the people.
The Breslau chief of police closed twenty-four butchers’ shops because prices were too high. Plumbers and builders are not allowed to use brass or copper. ■ . ■
