RELEASE OF PRISONERS. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright. BERLIN, Sept. 2. On Dr. Schacht’s instructions the Beichsbank has notified Dr. Goebbels, Minister of Propaganda, that no further foreign currency will be available for propaganda outside Germany. Up to now £10,000,000 has been spent annually in this way. The Premier of Prussia, General Goering, has released 742 prisoners from protective custody in 'Concentration camps. In future protective custody will be applied only in emergenies. Henceforth all prisoners are to be dealt with by the ordinary Courts, COPENHAGEN, Sept. 2. The Danish Government has ordered the immediate dissolution of the Nazi Party in Denmark.
